2012 List: Every car I drove this year
Continuing my douchey humblebrag list of cars I’ve driven in the past year, here is my list for 2012. Same disclaimer applies: some I drove for ten minutes, some for a week.
Up until just two-and-a-half years ago, the most powerful car I had ever driven had 315 horsepower (BMW M Coupe). Thanks to greater opportunities, and ever-soaring horsepower figures in this crazy age we live in, that number has been topped countless times in some unexpected ways. Behind the scenes: Jaguar XFR
Here are a few behind the scenes shots of me shooting and light painting a 2012 Jaguar XFR. As you can see, we ran into some authentic English weather during the daylight shots. Oddly enough, this is the second time I’ve shot a Jaguar XFR – both are nice, but I vastly prefer the looks of the 2012.
Best of 2011: ‘The List’
It’s been an amazing 2011. Because of some amazing opportunities I’ve had through CultureMap, the Texas Auto Writers Association and a few very generous friends, I’ve been able to drive a huge variety of different cars this year.
